HOOK IN AND TRAIN

Getting started with TrainBar takes just a few minutes. No complicated setup, no tools, no wind needed. Just a solid anchor point, the right sling and a few quick adjustments. Set it up wherever you are and start training your board-off tricks right away.

FIND YOUR SPOT

Choose a solid anchor point about 2.5 meters high or more: a tree branch, a beam, a pull-up bar or a soccer goal. Make sure it can safely support your full body weight in motion.

CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT

If the anchor is thin enough, clip the hook directly onto it. If it is too big, wrap one of the four included slings around it and clip the hook onto the sling.

SET THE HEIGHT

Adjust the hook so the bar sits at the same height it would have while riding. You should be able to hold it comfortably with your arms slightly bent.

GRAB YOUR BOARD

Take your own board in your hands and hook in with your harness if you want to reproduce your riding position. Training with your gear makes every movement closer to the real thing.

CHECK EVERYTHING

Before every session, inspect the anchor point, slings, hook and bungee. A quick check takes seconds and keeps every session safe.

TRAIN
